“WHERE WAS U?” is the lead single for my upcoming album “HEX”. As soon as I made it, I knew it was special. It’s moody, reflective, silky, electronic and filled with heartbreak. It’s a song about dying love, rooting for something that isn’t there. I want you to feel nostalgic and emotional as you get sucked into the uptempo groove and somber storytelling — I want you to dance, I want you to cry, I want all emotions on high.

“HEX” is an album all about questions. This song sets the tone by posing the first one. I stepped back from being present throughout the tail end of 2025 to retreat into myself and craft something with meaning that showcases my growth. “WHERE WAS U?” lets the first few cracks of light in on that journey. I truly hope y’all love this song. It came from a deep place.
